Stelfox IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading Dublin-based organisation to recruit a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer. You will join a core technology team handling critical enterprise applications and data solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise software, strong Oracle PL/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Linux, and testing. This role offers a hybrid Dublin work model with a 6-month rolling contract and potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development in enterprise environments.
• Strong Oracle Database Development, PL/SQL and SQL expertise.
• Excellent SQL tuning and performance optimisation experience.
• Linux/Unix experience with Shell scripting.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Oracle database solutions.
• Develop and optimise complex PL/SQL and SQL components.
• Perform SQL tuning and database performance optimisation.
• Contribute to technical architecture and solution design.
• Review code and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex application and database issues.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support development, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to other team members.
