Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant to drive complex supply chain transformations for major programmes. You will lead SCM workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end implementations that create measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle EBS SCM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing and Oracle Manufacturing.
• Hands-on with BOM, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle using AIM or OUM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and programme sponsors.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS SCM workstreams across projects.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and document needs.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS SCM solutions.
• Deliver functional analysis, testing, training, implementation, post-go-live support.
• Create business process maps and solution docs.
• Advise on best-practice processes and drive transformation.
• Support project planning, risk & change management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges.
