Jobgether partners with a leading oncology-focused sponsor in Ireland to recruit a Senior / Project Manager. You will oversee Phase I–IV trials across local, regional, and global settings, guiding studies from start-up to closeout in a remote-first environment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, budget, and timeline expectations, driving operational excellence and strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related allied health field, or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 5 years in clinical pharma with oncology project management or equivalent supervisory/clinical research experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams in clinical settings.
• Solid understanding of PM principles: timelines, quality, cost, resources, risk.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, monitoring, and financial performance.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and international regulatory requirements.
• Experience using project management software and prioritizing multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; local language fluency as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Phase I–IV oncology trials from start-up to closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with contracts and business goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
• Promote collaboration and resolve conflicts across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and service quality.
