Job summary

Ergomed is seeking an experienced Oncology Strategy Lead to coordinate competitive strategies for oncology awards and related indications. You will leverage expertise and global capabilities to address client needs in pre-award activities.

You will serve as the lead oncology strategist for assigned opportunities, co-lead bid defenses with Business Development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality, timely proposals and strong client relationships across our global

Qualifications

• Life science degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in clinical research within a CRO with strong oncology experience.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience contributing to project oversight and delivery.
• Proven track record in maintaining, developing and strengthening customer relations.
• Previous experience in an oncology strategy position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop competitive strategies for potential oncology awards, leveraging expertise, capabilities and technologies for pre-award activities.
• Lead oncology strategist for assigned opportunities and support other oncology strategists as appropriate.
• Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Develop strong relations with clients’ decision makers to drive repeat oncology business.
• Collaborate with global functions (Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory, Safety) per opportunity scope.
• Support functional teams to enhance client relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support Business Development and marketing activities by participating in conferences and meetings and generating marketing content (webinars, white papers).
