Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking an experienced Real World Evidence Lead (Oncology) to drive high-quality RWE studies supporting healthcare decision-making and patient outcomes in the UK and Ireland. This senior role requires epidemiological leadership, collaboration with investigators, and governance across complex oncology projects.

The position is fixed-term for 12 months with regular onsite presence at Winnersh Head Office, including a minimum of two days per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in epidemiology and real-world evidence methods.
• Experience delivering epidemiological studies from concept to publication.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex real-world evidence studies for UK & Ireland.
• Identify evidence gaps and translate into robust study designs and analyses.
• Oversee end-to-end study lifecycle including governance and partnerships.
• Communicate findings to diverse audiences and publish results.
