Job summary

Ergomed is a specialist CRO focused on rare disease and oncology. This role coordinates and develops competitive oncology strategies for potential awards, leading the oncology strategy for assigned opportunities and supporting peers as needed.

You will collaborate with global functions, build relationships with client decision makers, help drive repeat business, and contribute to pre-award activities, conferences, and marketing content as part of Ergomed Group’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in a life science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive clinical research experience within a CRO with strong oncology focus.
• Senior-level contribution to project oversight and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop competitive strategies for potential oncology awards, leveraging expertise to meet client needs in pre-award activities.
• Lead oncology strategy for assigned opportunities and support other oncology strategists as needed.
• Co-lead bid defense preparations with Business Development and participate in client meetings with senior staff.
• Develop strong relationships with clients’ decision makers to drive repeat business in oncology opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory and Safety as per scope.
• Support business development and marketing activities by participating in conferences and creating marketing content.
