Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Onboarding and Partnership to drive technical solutions for strategic customers in Ireland. You will lead architecture discussions, manage onboarding and implementation, and ensure delivery aligns with Mastercard standards and governance.

Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams, document deliverables, mentor junior colleagues, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to realise scalable, secure payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development and object-oriented design expertise.
• Understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, NPM, or Webpack.
• Strong software architecture and solution design capabilities.
• Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer solutions.
• Payments, commerce, or financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading customer implementations.
• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
• Driving customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
• Ensuring solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope.
• Establishing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinating execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
