Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst in Ireland to lead customer onboarding and partnership initiatives. You will drive technical solution design and coordinate onboarding across engineering and product teams.

Based in Ireland, you will ensure compliance with Mastercard standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while bridging business and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development and OO design experience.
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, NPM or Webpack).
• Proven ability to lead customer implementations and vendor integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
• Drive customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope.
• Establishing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinating execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
