St Luke’s Home in Ireland invites applications for an Assistant Director of Nursing. This role suits an experienced CNM ready to step into senior nursing management and contribute to a supportive, well-run care environment.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will lead clinical and managerial teams, uphold HIQA standards, oversee residential and day care services, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centred care while driving quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current registration in Ireland.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at CNM II level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Organise and manage the residential and day care operations of the Home, and maintain high care standards.
• Provide clinical and managerial leadership to develop an integrated team and drive quality improvements.
• Lead in alignment with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements; be proactive in applying them.
• Manage nursing teams including CNMs, RGNs and HCAs; oversee other home roles and services.
• Provide on-call managerial cover and deputise for the Director of Nursing when required.
