Job summary

PFH Technology Group seeks an experienced IT/OT professional with 10+ years in project support environments to join a team servicing IT and OT systems. The role covers networking, hardware installation, Windows deployments, and security. Experience in Pharma/Manufacturing GMP environments is beneficial but not required.

The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, virtualization with HyperV, and maintaining robust network infrastructure across copper and fibre Ethernet. Based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in an IT and/or OT projects C support environment.
• A Primary degree in an IT and/or OT related discipline an advantage but not essential.
• Significant years of experience in IT/OT tech areas listed below.
• Experience in General Networking (Ethernet LAN and Wifi).
• Experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware (Servers, Workstations, Switches, Wireless APs, NAS, Thin clients, Firewalls, Backup systems).
• Experience with Windows OS deployments and domain environments (Win10/11, server OS variants).
• Active Directory domain policy management.
• HyperV virtualization environments (building, deploying, managing, troubleshooting).
• Dell server/workstation hardware installations and support.
• IT/OT Cyber Security with Palo Alto and/or Cisco firewalls.
• Ethernet Network cabling infrastructure (copper and fibre).

Responsibilities

• IT and/or OT Cyber Security PaloAlto and/or Cisco firewalls
• Ethernet Network cabling infrastructure (copper C fibre)
