Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT/OT project delivery and systems support.
• Core Technical Stack includes Cisco Networking/Wi‑Fi, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, Windows Server/OS, Dell Hardware, and Firewalls.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or strong Wi‑Fi expertise are a plus.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Own OT/IT infrastructure across assigned plant sections to ensure maximum operational uptime.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco LAN & Wi‑Fi networks, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto).
• Manage, build, and maintain Hyper‑V virtualization environments, Active Directory domains, and Group Policies.
• Provision and support Dell servers, workstations, thin clients, NAS, and backup systems across Windows environments (Win 10/11, Server 2008-2022).
• Maintain IT/OT cybersecurity standards, cabling infrastructure, and standard operational technical documentation.

In this hands‑on, generalist contract role, you will take ownership of infrastructure across dedicated operational zones balancing technical projects with day‑to‑day support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own OT/IT infrastructure across assigned plant sections to ensure maximum operational uptime.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco LAN & Wi‑Fi networks, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto).
• Manage, build, and maintain Hyper‑V virtualization environments, Active Directory domains, and Group Policies.
• Provision and support Dell servers, workstations, thin clients, NAS, and backup systems across Windows environments (Win 10/11, Server 2008-2022).

Work Setup
