Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Incident Response Analyst to join our global Operational Centre teams spanning Dublin, Singapore and San Jose. You will monitor alerts, triage incidents, coordinate with regional teams and help improve monitoring and incident response processes.

We value structured investigation skills, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise under pressure, while contributing to service reliability and governance initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in incident management or similar function.
• Experience in incident triage, escalation and resolution within a production environment.
• Good understanding of server operations, infrastructure monitoring and alert management.
• Experience with structured incident management and escalation processes.
• Experience supporting change activities and identifying operational risks.
• Ability to conduct structured investigations and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server, infrastructure and service-related alerts and events.
• Perform initial triage, assessment and prioritisation of incidents.
• Respond to incidents in accordance with defined procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate incidents across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain incident records with actions, escalations and outcomes.
• Support major incident response activities when required.
• Monitor infrastructure changes to identify risks and impacts.
• Support post-change reviews and lessons learned.
