Broadridge is seeking an experienced Backend Technical Lead to steer the design, development, and maintenance of backend applications built on .NET/.NET Core with a microservices architecture. You will drive technical decisions, mentor a team of backend developers, and collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features.

Competenze

Experience leading backend teams and delivering scalable services.
Strong knowledge of .NET/.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
Proven ability to design and evolve microservices and distributed systems.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps practices.
