Solas IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead .NET Developer in Ireland to drive the design and development of cloud-native distributed applications. You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and promote engineering excellence across teams.

The role focuses on .NET Core, microservices, event-driven architectures, and high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of commercial software development experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core and modern backend development.
• Experience with React.
• Proven experience designing and building message-driven distributed systems.
• Solid background with microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Experience implementing industry best practices for application design and coding standards.
• Ability to influence technical direction and deliver innovative solutions.
• Capable of working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.
• Self-driven with proactive leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Drive architecture decisions across distributed systems and microservices-based platforms.
• Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to development teams.
