BearingPoint Ireland is seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to shape technical direction and mentor a development team within an agile environment. You will guide backend (.NET, C#, .NET Core) and frontend (Angular or React) initiatives, promote best practices, and collaborate with product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• 7+ years hands-on .NET experience.
• 5+ years with Angular or React.
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and Agile.
• Experience with software design and SOLID principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, .NET Core, EF, LINQ, and Angular or React.
• Clear communication with technical and senior business stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with proficiency in Angular or React to join our team. This role involves shaping technical direction, advocating for high-quality engineering practices, and delivering exceptional solutions in an agile setting. As a Technical Lead, you will mentor developers, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

About the Role:

• Experience with software design and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency with technologies such as C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Angular or React.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, reliable solutions.
