Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. You will manage technical services, engineering teams and key client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with a proven track record in FM, engineering, and large-scale operations, with opportunities to mobilise contracts and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technical services or FM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large teams and senior client relationships.
• Engineering or Building Services qualifications desirable; membership in IWFM/IOSH/CIBSE/IET/NEBOSH is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects.
