Job summary

Sodexo in Ireland is seeking an Account Manager – Technical Services to lead delivery of integrated facilities management across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. You will oversee engineering teams, drive service excellence and manage client relationships.

The role requires a strong track record in FM, budgeting, P&L and operational leadership, with a technical background and a customer-focused mindset. Attractive package and growth opportunities available.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi‑site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• A proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.
• A qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline is desirable, along with professional memberships or HSE qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.
