Job summary

MSD Ireland in Ireland is seeking a Senior MPS Specialist to lead the site’s Manufacturing Performance System and drive continuous improvement across value streams. This role focuses on delivering measurable business results through expert MPS deployment and cross-functional collaboration.

You will train and coach teams, maintain an active MPS strategy with the site lead, and influence at all levels to achieve world-class supply objectives while supporting change management and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Lean tools expertise across Tier, Problem Solving Leader Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S.
• GMP knowledge beneficial but not essential.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop others.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Change execution management and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide sitewide support to deliver significant business results through MPS expertise.
• Collaborate with the site MPS lead to sustain an active MPS strategy aligned to site and company goals.
• Enable World Class Supply objectives via value stream analysis and supply chain design.
• Deliver training and coaching to build self-sustaining MPS capability.
• Lead deployment of companywide MPS initiatives as required.
