Job summary

MSD in Dunboyne, Ireland, is offering a Project Management Office Internship within its Operational Excellence team. You will support MPS deployment and PMO activities, gather and analyse data, and help maintain dashboards and risk registers in a regulated healthcare manufacturing environment.

The role provides practical experience in lean tools, continuous improvement, and project management while working with cross-functional teams to drive site transformation and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a third-level qualification in Business, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Operational Excellence, project management and pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with data visualisation or project tracking tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support MPS deployment and PMO activities aligned with global standards and site objectives.
• Assist with data gathering, analysis, and preparation of visual management materials and dashboards.
• Help maintain the Site Risk Register and assist with risk tracking and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed lean tools and continuous improvement into daily work.
