NTT DATA seeks a skilled Business Analyst to analyze mortgage processes, gather requirements, and map current and future state journeys. You will partner with business, operations, compliance and technology to design and implement mortgage improvements that drive efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, documenting requirements, performing gap analyses, and delivering executive-ready reports and business cases.

Formación

• Experience in Mortgage and Lending domain.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle stages: Origination, Underwriting, Credit, Processing, Servicing.
• Proven ability to elicit, document and manage business requirements and user stories.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze mortgage processes, products and journeys to identify improvements.
• Conduct business, process and cost analysis to support decisions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Create current and future state process maps using industry-standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with business, operations, compliance and tech to design mortgage journeys and enhancements.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases.
