Job summary

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, Validation, IT and Engineering to maintain compliant digital systems and ensure manufacturing continuity. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, change control, validation documentation, and mentoring of junior staff, with on-call support

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting MES in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
• Experience with Syncade, PAS-X or equivalent MES platforms.
• Experience in regulated GxP environments.
• Proven experience with manufacturing support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership and support for MES operations and related systems.
• Lead investigation and resolution of MES incidents, deviations and production issues.
• Ensure system availability, reliability and performance to support operations.
• Support on-call activities and provide SME guidance when escalation is required.
• Drive MES process improvements and participate in change controls, testing and deployment.
