Job summary

A Senior MES Sustaining Engineer role in Ireland focuses on lifecycle management, support, and continuous improvement of MES solutions in a cGMP environment. You will ensure reliable MES performance, support manufacturing operations, and deliver compliant digital solutions across cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive experience with MES platforms (Syncade/PAS-X), change control, validation, and data integrity within regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, automation, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Significant experience supporting MES in pharmaceutical/biotech and regulated GxP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Syncade or PAS-X MES platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership and support for Syncade MES and manufacturing systems.
• Lead investigations of MES incidents, deviations and production issues.
• Ensure MES availability, reliability, and performance to support operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and share MES best practices.
