Job summary

Stewart Construction in Ireland is seeking an experienced MEP & Sustainability Manager to oversee the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services across our projects.

The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance, lead MEP coordinators, drive LEED, BREEAM and NZEB performance, and collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to meet programme and budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/building services.
• 8+ years in MEP/building services within construction.
• Experience on commercial projects with coordination responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and coordination of MEP activities on assigned projects.
• Lead and implement LEED, BREEAM and NZEB performance on projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and site management.
• Review MEP design information for coordination and buildability.
• Oversee MEP subcontractor procurement and progress on site.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and contribute to tender submissions.
