Linesight is recruiting a Senior Cost Manager for mechanical, electrical and plumbing work in Dublin. The role is permanent and full-time, with responsibilities spanning cost reporting, budgeting, and value engineering across complex MEP projects.

Candidates should have extensive cost management experience in consultancy or with an MEP contractor, with the ability to read services drawings and schematics. Chartered status is sought, or progress toward it, to support senior project leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience in cost management for large projects.
• Ability to read services drawings and schematics.
• Chartered status with RICS or progress towards it preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze cost reports and submit regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare budgets with detailed cost modelling and benchmarking analysis.
• Manage project cost against budget through the life cycle, including value engineering and cost savings.
