Glanua in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil and MEICA projects in the water and wastewater sector, delivering on time and within budget. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and implement Lean Construction principles to drive continuous improvement while ensuring HSQE standards.

A Level 8 degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience are required; this role is based on-site across Leinster with opportunities for mentoring

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role, preferably in water and wastewater.
• Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare regulations in construction.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline teams (civil, MEICA, process) to deliver projects on time, on budget and to high quality.
• Manage procurement, sub-contracts, and cashflow across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure on-site HSQE compliance and foster a proactive health and safety culture.
• Coordinate PSDP role and maintain up-to-date site documentation and toolbox talks.
• Report monthly project performance against programme and budget to the framework manager.
