Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in construction.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to prepare reports and necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge in construction and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and services.
• Ensure full coordination between specifications and drawings.
• Compile project reports, technical submittals, RFIs, and misc. documentation.
• Deliver projects with high quality and maintain QA documents.
• Liaise with main contractors & consultants to coordinate mechanical design with other disciplines.
• Use IT systems to track documentation and progress.
• Manage and monitor sub-contractors to ensure progress and guidelines are met.
• Attend site meetings, walkdowns, and handovers.
• Promote health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company procedures and legal obligations.
