Job summary

Ethos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the mechanical building services design for data centre projects. You will oversee projects across the EMEA region, mentor engineers, and maintain client relationships while delivering high-quality solutions.

You will work in a hybrid model in Ireland, with attendance at the Dublin office as required, and contribute to shaping leading data centre developments for major tech clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Professional qualification required.
• Experience leading data centre projects across EMEA desirable.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and building controls.
• Plumbing and drainage design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team workload and optimise productivity.
• Apply broad discipline knowledge to guide decisions.
