Job summary

IN2 Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design across major projects from concept to completion, shaping technical direction and client relationships.

You will mentor and develop junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive sustainability and innovation within projects; IN2 principles support flexible, hybrid working across our international practice with offices in Dublin, London, Berlin, Belfast, Athlone and Madrid.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• 6+ years' consultancy experience.
• Strong technical expertise across mechanical systems.
• Proven experience leading projects and client relationships.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
