Job summary

IN2 Engineering Design Partnership is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems across the full project lifecycle, from early concept to completion. You’ll influence decisions and work directly with teams and clients to drive projects forward.

You’ll contribute to solutions, ensure compliance, and support from concept through commissioning while collaborating across disciplines in a culture that values ownership and progression.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
  • 2 to 5+ years' experience in electrical design.
  • Strong understanding of building services systems and standards.
  • Experience with Amtech, Dialux, or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design electrical systems including power, lighting, and life safety.
  • Produce detailed calculations, specifications, and reports.
  • Support projects from early-stage concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate with mechanical teams and wider stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, designing electrical systems and influencing decisions from day one. This isn’t just delivery,
