The Role As an Associate Electrical Engineer in our Dublin office, you'll provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, and mixed-use developments. You'll lead multidisciplinary project teams, build long‑term client relationships, mentor engineers, and play a key role in developing both our people and our business. What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Services Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• 8+ years' experience in electrical building services consultancy
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary projects from concept through delivery
• Strong technical knowledge of LV power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency systems, BMS, renewable technologies and wider building services
• Experience managing clients, programmes, budgets and project teams
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and industry-standard electrical design software
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)
• Master's degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Experience across sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential, education, industrial or data centres
• Experience contributing to business development and winning new work
