Job summary

Mane Energy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Dublin to lead mechanical design across major data centre and life sciences projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage design packages, review calculations and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sectors.
• Strong design, technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to lead meetings and manage technical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of BIM and Revit; clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical design packages, scopes of work and deliverables.
• Coordinating mechanical design with other disciplines.
• Reviewing designs, drawings and calculations.
• Ensuring systems meet standards and client requirements.
• Identifying design risks and interfaces; managing changes.
• Supporting planning, procurement and design approvals.
• Reviewing constructability and value engineering opportunities.
• Conducting site visits and monitoring implementation.
• Managing RFIs, deviations and technical registers.
• Preparing technical and handover documentation.
