Job summary

AllSite Staffing seeks a Mechanical Project Manager for a major energy and data centre project in Dublin's Clondalkin area. You will lead the mechanical delivery from pre-construction through construction, commissioning and handover, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Project Director.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 10+ years’ industry experience with strong project delivery.
• Proven track record on large-scale data centre, energy or heavy eng projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical packages, contractors and delivery performance.
• Lead mechanical design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Monitor programme, cost, risk and key project milestones.
• Support procurement, commercial management and change control.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and environmental standards.
• Coordinate construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
