Job summary

Mane Energy is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer in Dublin to lead electrical design for major projects. The role requires 7+ years of post-graduate experience and a strong background in data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences or industrial sectors.

You will manage electrical design packages, coordinate with CSA, mechanical teams and other disciplines, and drive design reviews, risk identification and value engineering across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of post-graduate electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Industrial sectors.
• Strong electrical design and technical engineering knowledge.
• Experience managing electrical design packages.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Experience leading technical or design meetings.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit and associated design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical design packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review electrical designs, specifications and contract documentation.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with other disciplines such as CSA and mechanical.
• Develop scopes of work, TIDPs and responsibility matrices.
• Identify design risks, scope gaps and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support tendering and pre-construction activities; manage design deliverables.
