EDC in Dublin is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead mechanical design efforts on projects across the full design spectrum. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to advance within a multidisciplinary office.

You will oversee detailed design work, ensure quality control, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams, representing EDC in client discussions and site activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering detailed designs through full design cycle.
• Expertise in Mechanical design areas: Water Services, HVAC, Heating/LTHW, Fuel, drainage, and BMS.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations, particularly TGD B, F, G, L, with proven design leadership.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and maintaining efficient work plans.
• Strong leadership in project management, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (hybrid) is needed to join a well-established and progressive engineering mechanical and electrical consultancy in their Dublinoffice.
