Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in an engineering consultancy or construction firm focused on mechanical systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) license is desirable.
• Excellent client-facing skills and track record of delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and electrical teams.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and simulations.
• Produce high-quality tender and construction packages.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior mechanical designers.
