Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior procurement/planning role.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication across internal and external teams.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience using ERP systems to plan material timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and planning teams.
• Coordinate with production and sales to meet customer schedules for on-time delivery.
• Lead negotiations for raw materials and manage second process supply chain for best value.
• Identify, procure and control raw material requirements for finished products.
• Coordinate with Stores and Quality to resolve supplier issues with purchased materials.
• Maintain vendor performance reporting and document findings.
• Monitor ERP system accuracy and data integrity.
• Support the wider management team.
