Job summary

Aegis FSI is seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications in Dublin, Ireland, to design and drive a cohesive strategy for marketing and communications across international markets.

You will lead a five-person team, coordinate with HR for internal comms, and partner with sales, product, and investment teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns and robust brand messaging across captive and non-captive channels, including expansion into Germany.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience within cross-border, retail-focused investment or asset management.
• Strong understanding of investment markets and ability to translate financial concepts into retail content.
• End-to-end marketing management from strategy to multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage external relationships.
• Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and/or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy aligned with Group guidelines.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of five professionals and manage daily activities.
• Drive brand identity across touchpoints and support market expansion.
• Create multi-channel marketing collaterals with sales and product teams.
• Oversee digital presence and collaborate with IT on platforms.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and ROI analytics.
• Oversee PR activities and relationships with external agencies.
• Plan and execute events, including distributor engagements and corporate functions.
• Drive internal communications with HR on sustainability, training, and recruitment.
