VPK Packaging Group in Limerick seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead Corrugator, Conversion and Engineering functions, overseeing ~95 employees. This senior role focuses on developing people, driving performance, and building a strong manufacturing culture.

You will drive safety, OTIF, waste reduction, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating across Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Quality to meet customer expectations and site objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Strong operational leader capable of balancing people leadership with manufacturing excellence.
• Experience leading large manufacturing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience across production, engineering and operational performance improvement.

• Lead, coach, and develop production and engineering leadership teams
• Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability and ownership
• Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and team development
• Create collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, and Quality
• Lead manufacturing performance across safety, OTIF, waste, quality, OEE, and productivity
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, TPM, SMED, and 5S
• Drive proactive maintenance and asset reliability culture
• Ensure the operation delivers against customer expectations and site objectives
