The role emphasizes leadership, KPI monitoring, and cost-effective improvements in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, 10+ years in engineering/maintenance with 3+ years in management, and strong communication and problem-solving

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in engineering and maintenance including at least 3 years as a manager.
• Strong interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills are essential, along with ability to operate comfortably in a fast moving and flexible environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, supervision & motivation to the engineering team.
• Monitor critical metrics and implement clear process improvement plans.
• Represent the engineering department at strategic and daily operations meetings.
• Handle headcount planning, development, reviews and goal setting for the packing department.
• Ensure safe working standards and practices in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with multi-functional peers on key business initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
