Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics; Electronic/Electrical Engineering preferred.
Exposure to continuous improvement and quality methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with semiconductor device physics or ATE/electrical test environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Apply reliability engineering principles to Microchip products and manufacturing processes.
Drive data analysis, SPC, RCCA to resolve yield and quality issues and sustain continuous improvement.
Originate and develop technical solutions, process advancements, and automation initiatives for high-reliability semiconductors.
Create and maintain process and product documentation including test flows and specifications.
