Job summary
EY Ireland seeks a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting – SC&O to lead digital transformation initiatives in Life Sciences, pharma and regulated manufacturing. You will drive growth, deliver complex programmes and collaborate across EY’s service lines to provide end-to-end client solutions.
You will mentor a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and help expand digital capabilities across Life Sciences and adjacent industries, in a hybrid Dublin setting.
Qualifications
- Experience leading digital transformation programmes in Life Sciences/pharma/medical devices or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of Digital Lean, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on Value Stream Mapping and process optimisation experience.
- Experience with digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
- Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and systems validation requirements.
- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth and delivery of EY Ireland's Digital Factory and advanced manufacturing consulting services, starting with Life Sciences.
- Drive business development, build a strong sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.
- Lead and deliver complex digital transformation and operational excellence programmes from strategy to execution.
- Collaborate across EY service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing consulting team.
- Support global account growth and collaborate with international EY teams on cross-border opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction against KPIs.
