Role and Reporting Lines

Working within the Debt & Capital Advisory team, you will take a leading role in transaction execution while supporting the continued growth of the practice.

• Transaction Execution - Lead debt advisory transactions from initial engagement through to completion
• Debt Structuring - Advise clients on financing structures, refinancing and other debt solutions
• Financial Analysis - Review financial models, forecasts, credit analysis and transaction materials
• Negotiation - Support and lead negotiations around financing terms and transaction documentation
• Client Management - Manage relationships with clients, lenders and other transaction stakeholders
• Business Development - Support deal origination, pitches and new business opportunities
• Team Leadership - Lead and support junior team members throughout transactions
