Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in scientific research with GMP exposure.
• Experience supervising staff in a regulated lab.
• Proficiency with analytical techniques used in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytical team work quality per SOPs and GMP.
• Develop training for staff on assays and equipment.
• Participate in client and regulatory audits and prepare SOPs.
• Maintain data integrity and archive records per SOPs.
