Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Maintenance Planning Lead to join our Planning Department in Swords, Ireland. The role sits in our Engineering HQ and reports to the Planning Manager, delivering day-to-day maintenance planning across the Ryanair Group.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years' planning experience in an airline or maintenance organisation, with strong regulatory knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, AMOS or Smartsheets. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in an airline or maintenance organisation in a planning role with detailed understanding of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance Planning day-to-day across the Ryanair Group Network.
• Create daily progress reports for planning management.
• Liaise with 3rd party maintenance organisations and suppliers for upcoming needs.
• Create and update short, medium and long-term line maintenance plans to support fleet growth.
• Maintain and monitor maintenance workpack content and standards.
