Job summary

Ryanair, Europe’s Largest Airline Group, is recruiting for a Line Maintenance Project Engineer to join its Part-145 line maintenance organization. The role supports planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects, ensuring compliance and driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

The candidate will interface across Engineering, Compliance, Safety and Materials, producing clear documentation and status updates to management and regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires degree or technical qualification in Engineering or equivalent Part-66 license background.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered in line with Part-145, MOE procedures and IAA requirements.
• Support Safety Management System via hazard identification, risk assessment, and safe practices embedding.
• Plan and deliver line maintenance projects, including station set-ups and tooling upgrades.
• Act as interface between Engineering, Compliance, Safety, Materials and wider line maintenance teams.
• Provide compliance support through audit prep, documentation and corrective actions.
• Provide Safety support through safety reports and follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and support compliance monitoring with findings and recommendations.
• Ensure resources, tooling and third-party support are compliant and allocated.
