Job summary

Ryanair is recruiting a Maintenance Planning Lead to join our Planning Department at our Engineering HQ in Swords, Dublin. The role reports to the Planning Managers and focuses on delivering maintenance plans and oversight across the Ryanair network.

We seek an experienced candidate with strong knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145, plus experience with AMOS and Smartsheets. This senior position supports fleet growth toward 800 aircraft and 300 million guests.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in airline maintenance planning.
• Detailed understanding of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations essential.
• Experience with AMOS and Smartsheets desirable.
• A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of maintenance planning across the Ryanair network.
• Create daily progress reports on current maintenance plans for planning management.
• Liaise with 3rd party maintenance organisations and suppliers to ensure availability.
• Create and update short-, medium-, and long-term line maintenance plans for fleet growth.
