Ryanair is recruiting a Maintenance Planning Lead to join the Planning Department at our Engineering HQ in Swords, Dublin. The role reports to the Planning Manager and Head of Planning and focuses on overseeing maintenance planning across the Ryanair Network, ensuring availability and timely delivery of maintenance workpacks.

The ideal candidate will have senior-level planning experience, strong regulatory knowledge (EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145), and excellent leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an airline or maintenance planning role with knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead team projects.
• Flexible approach with priority on project delivery.
• Attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and ability to meet tight timelines.
• Experience with AMOS and Smartsheets desirable.
• Engineering degree or aircraft maintenance qualification acceptable to competent authority.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planning Lead to join our Planning Department.

This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

Based in our Engineering HQ in Swords, Dublin, the successful candidate will report to either our Line or Base Maintenance Planning Manager and Head of Planning for the below duties:

• Providing day-to-day oversight of all Maintenance Planning requirements throughout the Ryanair Group Network.
• The creation of daily progress reports on current maintenance plans to the planning management team
• Liaising directly with 3rd Party Maintenance Organisations and suppliers to ensure availability for upcoming maintenance requirements.
• Creation and regular update of short, medium and long-term line maintenance plans to ensure sufficient capacity available for fleet growth up to 300M passengers.

Maintaining and monitoring maintenance workpack content and standards.

Qualifications

This is a senior Maintenance Planning position and will suit an exceptional candidate with the following key skills and experience:

• At least 2 years' experience working in an airline or maintenance organisation in a planning role with detailed understanding of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead team projects & drive team competency.
• Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
• Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
• Experience with AMOS and Smartsheets desirable.
• A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education that is acceptable to a competent authority.
