Kinaxis is seeking a senior customer-facing advisor with Maestro expertise to help global customers optimize Kinaxis Maestro solutions. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Professional Services and Support to drive adoption, deliver scalable implementations, and translate client challenges into actionable use cases.

This remote role welcomes candidates across Europe, with travel 25-40%. You bring 7–10 years in supply chain planning or consulting, with hands-on Maestro experience and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in supply chain planning and/or business software consulting with client-facing experience.
• 4+ years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro (development, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting).
• Strong understanding of planning processes (S&OP, demand, supply, production, inventory).
• Analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and guide actions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills across teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer-facing advisor, articulating Kinaxis and Maestro value across the customer journey.
• Lead investigation of complex planning behaviors; analyze data and configurations; drive rapid resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance during solution design and development; ensure scalable, maintainable Maestro implementations.
• Define and present Maestro best practices to customers, partners and internal teams.
• Drive continuous value and adoption by aligning with business objectives and improvements.
• Partner with Product to translate challenges into use cases and verify market needs.
• Advise on Maestro integrations and data, troubleshooting data quality and end-to-end impacts.
