Kinaxis is seeking an experienced advisor for our Maestro platform, with deep supply chain planning knowledge and a consulting mindset focused on outcomes and adoption. You will work with Product, Sales, and Services to drive customer success across geographies, with a remote-first setup in Ireland and beyond.

You will guide complex planning scenarios, support integrations, and help customers maximize value from Maestro in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning and/or business software consulting, including customer-facing advisory/consulting experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience (solution development/authoring, configuration, integrations/data flows, and troubleshooting).
• Strong understanding of one or more planning processes (S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory management).

Aufgaben

• Act as a customer-facing advisor, articulating the value of Kinaxis and Maestro.
• Lead investigation of complex planning behaviors by analyzing data, configurations, and algorithms; identify root cause and drive plans to rapid resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Provide functional and technical guidance during solution design and development, ensuring teams effectively leverage Maestro capabilities and deliver scalable implementations.
• Define, document, and present Maestro best practices to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous value and adoption by aligning on business objectives and recommending improvements.
• Partner with Product to translate customer challenges into clearly defined use cases and validate new features meet market needs.
• Advise on and support Maestro integrations and data, including troubleshooting data quality and end-to-end process impacts.
