Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, seeks a customer-facing Maestro advisor to optimize solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro platform. This remote role welcomes candidates from Ireland and across Europe, focusing on outcomes and best practices.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Professional Services to drive adoption, provide design guidance, and mentor teams. 7–10 years in supply chain planning or consulting and deep Maestro expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, CS, Engineering, Statistics or IT.
• Extensive hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience in solution development, configuration and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capacity to simplify complex data.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer-facing advisor, translating challenges into Maestro-based solutions and best practices.
• Lead analysis of planning behaviors, identify root causes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to rapid resolution.
• Provide design guidance on data models, integrations, and optimization to deliver scalable implementations.
• Document Maestro standards and datasets, supporting adoption and ongoing value realization.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to align features with customer needs and market trends.
